Conflict Resolution Training

Founded on the Harvard Interest Based Methodology of conflict resolution, Hill & Associates offer introductory and intermediate training workshops tailored to meet the needs of a variety of groups, from working groups to boards and other not for profit organizations. David has the ability to address various dynamics within many types of organizations.

As well as offering general conflict resolution courses on either a one, two or three day basis, Hill & Associates also has designed and offered a speciality course for professionals involved in energy related disputes. Examples of participants include land agents, technical and regulatory specialists.

The Productive Meeting

Hill & Associates offer a specialty course that focuses on meetings in the workplace and other working groups. Team members learn skill-sets required to facilitate small or large groups and effectively communicate even when many different views exist. Parties will be empowered to view all positions clearly, use time productively and build progress more efficiently.

Town Hall Meeting Preparation

When parties are faced with having to publically interact over contentious matters it can be helpful to anticipate the temperature, tone and content of such a session. The ability to “seek to understand and then be understood” while in a tense environment can be the key to success in future outcomes.
